  • Kindly note: For all the above all courier charges will be borne by the customer except from in transit damage or manufacturing defect.
  • Return Policy: No Return, Items that cannot be Returned: Clothing Category, Beauty Category, Health and Personal Care Category,
  • Replacement & Exchanges: No Replacement & Exchange
  • Gift Returns: No
  • Late or Missing Refund: No Late Refund, But in Missing Case We Issue a Gift Card Amount of Product

2. What Can I return?

We do not Accept Returns Most of Our Products. Some of Our Products are Returnable Due to Some Scenario. Please note that Refund is not possible in this scenario.

3. I received a damaged product. What do I do?

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at singlaprise@gmail.com With Video and Images of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order. We will check and issue you a GIFT CARD of the product amount (excluding any shipping charges and GST) which can be used to place your order within next 3 months.

4. What do I do if the order is not delivered due to Incorrect Address / Contact Details?

Once the order is dispatched, changing address and/or contact details is not possible. In this case the package is returned back to us by the courier service. Once returned, we will issue a gift card of the product amount (excluding any shipping charges and GST) which can be used to place your order within next 3 months.

5. What if I (customer) choose not to accept order and request return after order is dispatched?

Please understand that for such orders we already paid the forward and return freight charges. Once returned, we will issue a gift card of the product amount (excluding any shipping charges)

6. What do I do if I don't like the product I received?

We take utmost care in packing each and every one of our orders. Though If you have some concern with regards to the product please email or call us and we will be happy to resolve it. we will issue a gift card of the product amount (excluding any shipping charges)

Note: - Please note that Refund is not possible in this scenario. We do not accept any refund, return or cancellation.

2. Payment Policy

1. Do you provide cod facility?

We do not provide COD as of yet! But if we start, we will post on our Instagram & on our website. We Accept Rozarpay for Collecting the Amount.

2. Can I pay with Bank Transfer?

Yes, you can pay with bank transfer at the checkout page on our website

3. Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. We generally ship out orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of order receipt and the order should reach you within 3 – 7 business days. Customer will be provided with the tracking details, once we the order has been dispatched. We have tied up with several logistics partners for smooth deliveries across the Country. All your shipment related queries would be addressed directly by our customer support team. The above means that any transactions that is completed, in terms of product delivered and payment received.

1. Is there any shipping charge?

No Shipping is Free Most of Products. Some of Our Products are Chargeable.

2. Do You Ship Worldwide?

As of now we are only accepting orders from our Indian Customers.

4. Invoices

Can I get B2B GST Invoice for my order?

Yes, surely a B2B GST Invoice can be provided for orders above INR 1,000. For orders below INR 1,000 a B2B Invoice is not possible. Request for B2B orders has been placed on or before last day of month.
